Description
The Solaloo doesn’t require any underfloor clearance to be installed. The composting bin sits inside the unit, making it a great option for buildings on a slab, or with not enough underfloor clearance.
No flushing is required. When a compost bin is fills up, simply move it outdoors for further composting, and place the next spare bin inside the unit.
Waste turns into nutrient-rich compost that can be reused in gardens, or safely disposed of.
The solar-powered ventilation system promotes optimal airflow, bringing in oxygen needed for aerobic composting. It keeps the toilet free of odours and reduces moisture.
Equipped with a convenient drain tube, the Solaloo drains off excess liquid not evaporated by the fan, to be dispersed via a gravel-filled small trench.
Small on the outside, big on the inside, the Solaloo can fit into rooms with limited space, while offering surprisingly great capacity!
The solar panel provided charges a 12v battery that runs the fan and also provides sufficient power for a light. No need to use the loo in the dark!
