Model With Urine Retention:

With this model, urine is mixed in with the solid materials to produce a mixture with (ideally) 50% moisure content.  Any excess moisture is usually evaporated by the heater and fan, however there is a safety tube fitted to drain any excess fluid that may not be otherwise dealt with,
